Please READ this Important Info About Performing in Hayati Show & Hafla:

Dancer Check-in
Check in at the front desk between 5:15pm - 5:30pm. Show starts promptly at 6pm. If you plan to arrive after 5:30pm, please let Anna know one week before the show, so she can make necessary line-up arrangements.

Music:
Your music should be no longer than 6 minutes in length. Solo or troupe time limits are the same. Music will need to be emailed to Anna 10 days before the event. You may submit the audio files in mp3 or wav format. If you are unable to submit music files, please email Anna to get her mailing address, you will need to send the CDs before everyone's music files are due, so she has time to transfer your music into the correct format.

Stage:
The stage is smooth wood painted black. Usable dance space is about 20' x 20'. There are three sets of curtains along the sides of the stage. You may enter from the back of the stage on either side (through the green room) or from either corner of the front of the stage.

Dressing Room:
I would suggest coming as dressed as possible. A dressing/green room is available for ladies only. It is located behind the stage and is accessible from the rear of the theater building. (There is no access to the dressing room from inside the building.) Men will have to use the restroom to change. Women may use the restroom, as well.

Parking:

Performers are encouraged to park in the rear of the building (accessible around the right side of the theater), but you may park across the street or in the Glidden parking lot adjacent to the theater.

Miscellaneous:
- Please wear a cover-up while you are not performing
- Performance content, including music, must be family friendly
- Advertising table will be available for your business cards, gig/event flyers, etc.
- PLEASE Encourage your fellow dancers, students, family, and friends to attend.
